Named after a charming town south of Paris, Barbizon started 37 years ago as a brand of pantyhose. Before long, Barbizon grew into a full line of ladies inner wear catering to the Filipina of the late 70's; relaxed, demure, and most likely looking at becoming a wife and mother after completing her education. Being home-based, her requirements were very basic and simple. Comfort was the utmost priority. Barbizon understood and successfully delivered.
